SarahCare of Riverdale Adult Day Health Center
SarahCare of Riverdale Adult Day Health Center is a medical/social daytime facility for the elderly and disabled. We are licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health. We provide a fun, safe and active day for participants who require extra assistance throughout the day. Our goal is to not only provide a fun filled day for our seniors, but to also give the caregivers the much-needed time to themselves that they so deserve. We understand the stress that fulltime caregivers go through, and we are here to help. SarahCare of Riverdale has been assisting participants and their caregivers since 2002. We are proud to be celebrating 20 years of service to our community
Our Service area includes South Atlanta, Clayton, Fayette and Henry Counties.
SarahCare of Riverdale provides professional services in a secure and caring environment. We provide a full range of nursing services to seniors with cognitive and/or physical limitations. Nutrition and medication management are ongoing and based on the individual care plan developed by our Nursing Staff. Our specialized services maintain the highest level of dignity and respect. Our Activity Program is designed to meet all levels of ability. Special dementia specific programs are available, as are special programs for our Men and our Active Ladies Club.
