Merle D. Griff, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO, SarahCare
Merle D. Griff, Ph.D., is one of the leading authorities on the care of seniors in the United States. A significant shift in her approach to caregiving came from her own experience caring for her mother at home after a severe stroke — an experience that led her to expand SarahCare's programs to ease the stress of family caregivers everywhere.
She began her career as a play therapist, developing Family Play Therapy and Intergenerational Play Therapy techniques used around the world, and is the author of Linkages and host of the podcast Caught Between Generations.
