Functional Maintenance Program

Functional maintenance is participant centered care designed to improve or maintain the functional ability of participants; so that they can achieve their highest level of well-being possible. Functional  care helps participants to rebuild their strength and functional abilities at a rate that is conducive for them.

Participants are screened upon admission to determine eligibility to receive functional  care which focuses on mental, emotional, and social well-being.
