SarahCare at Encino Park

SarahCare at Encino Park Adult Day Health Center is a  medical/social model healthcare facility for seniors who may have Alzheimer’s or other dementia related cognitive impairments.  We also serve those with Parkinson’s, those affected by stroke or other aging health and physical conditions. Not only do we provide quality, person-centered care for their physical and medical needs, but we give them a warm, safe, and friendly place to socialize and interact with other seniors with similar interests and abilities. We deliver a fun and safe environment while also providing caregiver support and respite with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe and engaged throughout the day.  SarahCare at Encino Park is happy to open its doors spring of 2026 and join the other SarahCare faciities in serving our seniors.  Visit our center and you’ll see we are full of music, activity and laughter.
