BODY AND MIND TOGETHER: The MindStretch Program
SarahCare’s innovative MindStretch program combines physical and mental stimulation to help strengthen and maintain cognitive ability. The class has two sessions per week and is held within the SarahCare center.
Using the Brookdale Foundation Method, participants enjoy mental stimulation including brain games, crossword puzzles, and more.
The exercise portion of the program is great for those of all fitness levels. Participants are able to be engaged and active from the comfort of their chair.
