Our services

SarahCare of Kingwood and The Woodlands Adult Day Health Center will always provide the finest professional services in a secure, social and caring environment. We also provide additional services to seniors with ambulatory issues, incontinence and assistance when eating. We provide all our specialized services with the highest level of dignity and respect.

Some of our services include:

• Mindstretch: This daily program combines physical and mental stimulation to help maintain cognitive ability. Separated into two sessions, the first session moves the body and soul with physical activities such as range of motion and relaxation exercises. The second session focuses on cognitive activities which employ mind puzzles and reminiscence therapy.
• Restorative Nursing: Our restorative program helps participants retain their independence by maintaining or improving their abilities to perform activities of daily living. The goal is to have the participant stay as independent as possible for as long as possible.
• PT/OT/ST/Hospice comes to our center: Our facility welcomes Home Health nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and hospice providers to visit your loved one while they are in attendance. This allows you and your home health providers to maintain scheduled visits and allows them to observe your loved one in a different environment.
