Kathy Nohl, L.P.N., Executive Director:
Kathy comes to us with over 20 years of experience as a nurse. She holds a Nursing Home Administrators License and was the Executive Director, Manager and Resident Care Coordinator at Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities throughout St Louis. She has new and exciting plans for the center.

Tina Murabito, Activity Director
Tina is an experienced Activity Director who has worked in long term care for over 15 years. She greets each day with her heart-warming smile and exuberant nature. She is truly dedicated to bringing new and creative activities to our participants. Call Tina for questions regarding our Services and Activities. She would be happy to give you a tour of our Center.
Rhonda Siemer,RN, Nursing Director
Rhonda was a nurse at St. John’s Mercy for more than a decade. She is Head of the Nursing Dept. for SarahCare. Her genuine warmth and compassion shines through. Her nursing skill sets her apart from all others.
Rhonda keeps the families and physicians updated. Her Assessment skills help the physicians in the medical care for each individual Participant. Rhonda does monthly assessments on each individual and is quick to notice any subtle changes that need to be addressed. Jenny Junker, R.N.,
Jenny is our newest addition to the nursing staff at SarahCare. She comes to us with several years’ experience and is a wonderful addition to our SarahCare family.
Kelly Martin L.P.N is there to help your loved one with ADL’s. She has the compassion, understanding and love for the particpants which is evident. She has teamed up with our Lead Nurse, Rhonda.
Our staff will provide showers, hair care, manicures and accept requests for ADL care. Please call Kathy Nohl, Executive Director for more information of services available.
Alexis Cody C.N.A., Assistant Activity Director
Alexis has a history of care giving, both with seniors as well as with crisis youth. Her caring nature makes her a valuable member of our SarahCare team.
Stephanie Lutz, Activity Assistant,
Stephanie holds a B. A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. She has a history of ABA working with Autistic children as well as caring for family members with Dementia.
Pat Grady, Activity Assistant.
Pat started here as a volunteer when the center first opened and has since become a valuable employee. Pat works part time at the center and is always at SarahCare on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
Kate Wiker, Activity Assistant,
Kate is the newest member of our SarahCare family. She comes to us with many years’ experience working with seniors in long-term care facilities and can usually be found working evenings or with Pat on Saturdays.
SarahCare Adult Day Services promotes the mental, physical and emotional health through guided activities supervised in a fun, loving and relaxing atmosphere.
Volunteers & Students: SarahCare has wonderful Volunteers and Students throughout the year. We appreciate and welcome Students and Volunteers and if interested in volunteering please call Kathy or Tina. Our Participants enjoy and appreciate everything volunteers offer.
Stylist: SarahCare provides a licensed Hair Stylist on Tuesday’s who wish to have their hair cut and / or washed.
Transportation: Safe and reliable transportation services are available to families as needed. Please contact Kathy to learn more about this service.
Our SarahCare® Center staff members have experience and qualifications. Our staff includes:
- Registered Nurse and Licensed Nurse : to administer prescribed medications, provide educational programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies.
- Activities Professionals: to conduct personalized activity programs.
- Personal Care Assistants: to assist with personal care, including bathing.
- Dietary Consultants: to assist with meal plans and special diets.
- Professional Contractors: to provide podiatry and chiropractic services; physical, occupational and speech therapy services; massage therapy services.
