Music Therapy
Music therapy has proven to enhance interest levels and social interaction among seniors. It reduces tension and promotes relaxation, better awareness and concentration. Music is usually linked to happy times and special occasions in our lives and often may trigger memories or trigger emotions linked to these happy events. Our participants have enjoyed this activity immensely.
Pet Therapy
The use of Pet Therapy is an interactive holistic approach to improve the quality of life of our seniors by making an emotional connection with a pet, which often leads to an increase in physical health. Our seniors enjoy directing new feelings and emotions toward the loveable pets.
Therapy Services
Therapy services such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy and podiatry care can be arranged for your convenience at our center.
Massage Therapy
Our massage therapist is available for stress free massages at our center. Chair massages, back massages and Swedish massages are offered. Call to schedule an appointment.
Beauty Salon/ Barbershop
Our Center boasts a beautiful beauty salon which offers a quiet secluded environment for our participants to be pampered by our beautician. The beautician is on call and available for our participants and their families. Appointments can be schedule a day in advance for any of the following treatments: Wash/Cut, Blow Dry, Manicure/Pedicure etc.

Our center is well equipped to bath our participants. Take advantage of these benefits, schedule a bathing appointment today!

Transportation
SarahCare© Adult Day Centers strive to make your life easier by providing sources of transportation. Transportation is provided from a participan’s home location to the SarahCare© Center.
We recommend two forms of transportation to get you to and from our center.

Funding
As you look at having SarahCare begin providing services to your family, you may have questions regarding assistance that may be available in your community.
We accept Long Term Care Insurance, Medicaid Diversion programs, Medicaid, VA funding, Private Pay.
