Funding Sources available with SarahCare
As you look at having SarahCare begin providing services to your family, you may have questions regarding assistance that may be available in your community.
SarahCare at Lake Boone Trail currently accepts private pay and Veterans Administration benefits. Many Long Term Care insurances will pay for Adult Day Care programs as well. Call us for details. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Am Express and Discover Card.

Transportation
SarahCare© Adult Day Centers strive to make your life easier by providing transportation. Transportation can be provided from a participant’s home location to the SarahCare© Center. When the participant is scheduled to leave and return to their own home location, our transportation will complete their day.
Our van is equipped to handle wheelchairs (if able to be transferred to a seat) walkers and ambulatory participants.
Scheduling is comprised of personal choice, availability and location.
Transportation is provided within a ten mile radius from the center. Please call for rates.
