Marcia K. Jarrell
Executive Director and Owner
Marcia has devoted over sixteen years of her career as a leader in caring for seniors. During that time, she worked as a nursing home administrator. Her passion for the elderly started long before her career. Marcia had a strong bond with her senior family members and assisted her mother in caring for them in her mother’s home. She has an extensive work history in long term care, but it is her compassion and love for seniors that fuels her energy to make each day special and fulfilling for every participant.

Meet Our Staff
Our SarahCare® Center at Lake Boone Trail prides itself on the experience and qualifications of its staff. Our staff includes:
- Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses: to administer prescribed medications, provide educational programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies.
- Social Workers: to provide family support and assist with plans of care.
- Activities Professionals: to conduct personalized activity programs.
- Personal Care Assistants: to assist with personal care, including bathing.
- Dietary Consultants: to assist with meal plans and special diets.
- Professional Contractors: to provide podiatry services; physical, occupational and speech therapy services; massage therapy services, beauty, barber, and nail care.
