Welcome to SarahCare at Johns Creek! We’re a different kind of senior care.Our goal is to help families take care of their loved ones at home and in their communities.
We’ll come to your home with SarahCare® at Home, when you need some extra help at home. Come to our centers: experience the power of your loved one socializing with friends with excellent healthcare support. Come visit. It’s the best way to get to know us and to explore the fit between your loved one and us.
Our participants live nearby in Johns Creek, South Forsyth, Duluth, Suwanee, and Alpharetta. They also travel a little further from Roswell, Cherokee, Cumming, Buford, Lawrenceville, and Dawsonville. We’re pretty special, so families come from all over to participate in our program.
We work hard to ensure that our participants are engaged with frequent field trips to the bowling alley, the Georgia Aquarium, the North Georgia Mountains, and many other fun destinations. Our nurses work hard to ensure that our participants stay as healthy as possible.
