Staff Biographies
Dorothy Grady: Executive Director
Dorothy is a Registered Nurse and she has worked in various disciplines of nursing, including but not limited to Medical-Surgical Nursing, Manage Care/Utilization review, Long Term Care and Behavioral Health. Dorothy is very passionate about people and quality health care. She is excited about the opportunity to become a part of the SarahCare family. She looks forward to continuing and expanding her work, by providing quality adult day care services for seniors and their families in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Mary Burns: LPN
Mary is one of SarahCare’s nurses. Mary has extensive experience in the healthcare field, having been in healthcare for over 30 years and a LPN for over 15. Mary loves being from this area and loves going back to her ancestral home in. Mary is the proud parent of Chasity and Mark Burns and 2 adorable grandchildren, Ashlyn and Mark Jr. Burns who are the apple of her eye. She enjoys being outdoors and going places with her grandkids.
Elisabeth Staulcup: LPN
Elisabeth joined the SarahCare team as an LPN. She is new to the Healthcare field and is happy to be practicing nursing! Elisabeth went into healthcare after helping care for sick family members and discovering that she enjoyed helping others. She is from Augusta and is happily married to her husband Brian. They have a son named Jackson who is the joy of their life
Arlene Bynes: C.N.A.
Arlene is a Certified Nursing Assistant. Arlene loves people and has worked in the healthcare field for more than 36 years. She is originally from Upstate New York and enjoys the Southern Hospitality and warm weather. Arlene is married to her husband Ron and they enjoy spending time with their dog, Shaka, a Japanese Akita.
Catherine McCrosky: Activity Coordinator
Catherine McCrosky is the Activity Coordinator here at SarahCare. She has provided Activity programming for many age groups with most of her work experience focused on Alzheimer/Dementia Care and special needs populations. She was born and raised in South Carolina and while there she met her husband John. They have an eight year old son named Sam who is the joy of their life. They moved to the Augusta area a year ago from Florida.

Our SarahCare® Center prides itself on the experience and qualifications of its staff. Our staff includes:
- Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses: to administer prescribed medications, provide educational programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies.
- Social Workers: to provide family support and assist with plans of care.
- Activity Directors: to conduct personalized activity programs.
- Nursing Assistants: to assist with personal care, including bathing.
- Dietary Consultants: to assist with meal plans and special diets.
- Professional Contractors: to provide chiropractic, podiatry services; physical, occupational and speech therapy services; massage therapy services.
