SarahCare on Vacation
You trust SarahCare® when at home. Why not enjoy that same sense of security while on vacation?
SarahCare® on Vacation makes it possible to include your loved one in travel plans and gives you the same peace of mind experienced at home.
Simply let your SarahCare® Director know which city and center location you plan to utilize while on vacation, and we will handle all the arrangements for you.
Funding
As you look at having SarahCare begin providing services to your family, you may have questions regarding assistance that may be available in your community.
SarahCare provides care to veteran’s contact us for more information on funding possiblities.
SarahCare at Home is funded privately, by the VA, and by the Aged and Disabled Waiver.
The above mentioned programs each have criteria requirements that must be met prior to funding being granted. The Executive Director can help begin the process by making the referral.

SarahCare at Home
SarahCare at Home provides non-medial services in the privacy of your home. We assist with all Activities of Daily Living such as eating, ambulating, dressing, bathing, and eating.
Our homemakers are trained in CPR/FA, homemaking skills, and are overseen by a Licensed Registered Nurse.
Transportation
SarahCare© Adult Day Centers strive to make your life easier by providing transportation. Transportation is provided from a participant’s home location to the SarahCare© Center. When the participant is scheduled to leave and return to their own home location, our transportation will complete their day.

In Inclement weather we follow the Cabell County School System delays or closings, watch for it on WSAZ, Channel 3.
Stepping Out With SarahCare
SarahCare® field trips take your loved one out to enjoy new places, learn interesting new things, and experience events they might not have been able to attend for quite awhile because of their limitations.
The trips are based on the choices of our seniors and have included Heritage Farm Museum, Huntington Museum of Art, The Point Pleasant Museum, and much more.
The center makes all the necessary arrangements for your loved one’s special needs. Center staff, who your loved one sees everyday, will accompany them to make sure they are comfortable and secure.
Your loved one will enjoy experiences you thought they might never have again.
